PREPARING FOR YOUR TRIP: Some costs related to international travel are the travelers responsibility.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Valid passport. Passengers are responsible for ascertaining, obtaining and having with them passports, visas and all other required documents. No refunds will be made to any passenger whose participation is limited or denied due to failure to process required documents.. To travel to Ghana: Valid passport. Ghana Visa. Proof of Yellow Fever Inoculation. Non-US Citizens must call the Ghana Embassy or Consulate for their entry requirements. Details will be mailed upon receipt of initial deposit. Passengers are responsible for ascertaining, obtaining and having with them passports, visas and other required documents. No refunds will be made to any passenger whose participation is limited or denied due to failure to process required documents.
DEPOSIT: Reservations are considered definite upon receipt of a deposit of $500 per person Non-Refundable Deposit by credit card or check. All rates are in US Dollars. Check should be made payable to: EAATOURS, LLC. Initial deposit is due immediately. This non-refundable deposit will be applied towards your cost of the tour. This deposit is 100% non-refundable. All deposits must be paid by check or money order only. Payment of deposit signifies full acceptance of terms and conditions set forth in this brochure.
RATES: Prices are subject to change without notice.
CREDIT CARDS: Credit card payments are subject to 3% surcharge.
FINAL PAYMENT: Final and full payments must be received by 45 days before departure. If payment in full is not received 45 days before departure EAATOURS will assume cancellation due to non-payment and no refunds will be given. If a check is returned from your bank for any reason there is a $50.00 fee. Mail payments to: EAATOURS, LLC, 10440 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 300, Columbia, Maryland 21044. All rates in U.S. Dollars.
CANCELLATIONS: A fee of $150.00 per person will be levied for all cancellations received prior to 120 days before departure date. Cancellations received 120-91 days prior to departure will be levied $300.00. Cancellations received 90-61 days prior to departure will be levied $500.00. There will be no refunds given for cancellations received 60-0 days prior to departure. If payment is not received in full by 45 days before departure (including any applicable late fees) EAATOURS will assume cancellation due to non-payment with no refund given. No refunds after departure. Refunds are only processed upon receipt of a written request, of which the postmark determines date of cancellation. Refunds are processed and sent out within 10 - 15 business days. Prices and dates are subject to change without notice. In case of trip cancellation by Eaatours or by a tour participant, the airline will give the tour participant credit for the value of the airline ticket purchased to be used within a year of the date of purchase of the airline ticket. Eaatours is not responsible for refunds of airline tickets.
OCCUPANCY: Double occupancy is per person with 2 adults sharing a room; Single occupancy is per person with only 1 adult in a room; Child, is per child, aged 2-11 years old sharing a room with either 2 adults who are each paying the double rate or 1 adult who is paying the single rate.
NOT INCLUDED: Tips, drinks during included lunches on tours, meals other than when specifically mentioned, fees visiting tour attractions for use of still or video cameras, porterage at hotel and airport, all excess, oversize, and/or overweight baggage fees, all items of a personal nature, and all items not specifically mentioned in this agreement under "included in tour price".
UNUSED FEATURES: There is absolutely no refund for any unused portions of the included package features unless canceled by EAATOURS.
TOURS: Included as listed. Meals are not included with tour, unless specifically mentioned. English speaking tour guides are provided.
BAGGAGE: Is at owners’ own risk throughout the tour. Any loss/delay must be settled with the airline directly.
INSURANCE: Trip cancellation, health, accident & baggage insurance is highly recommended. EAATOURS will not issue refunds for trip cancellation/interruption for any reason including sickness, injury, death, medical emergencies, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of terrorism, political unrest or accidents.
RESPONSIBILITY: EAATOURS and/or its agents act only as an agent to the passenger in all matters relating to travel and for the various companies over the lines of which tickets are available and these tours operate, and as such, assume no responsibility for any delay, change in schedule, loss, injury and damage to, or in the respect of, any person or property, however caused, or arising in connection with, the service of any trains, vehicles, carriages, aircraft, or other conveyances or hotel which may be used, whether wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty of the passenger. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passenger is not on board their plane or conveyance. The passenger contract, in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of this tour. The right to substitute any tour in this program at any time, and to make changes/alterations in the itineraries, hotels or sightseeing as may be found desirable for the convenience of the tour and the proper execution of the tour is specifically reserved by EAATOURS.
